Returns and Refunds Policy: The product(s) is NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGE
However, we are able to accept return/refund requests if:
ㆍThe wrong item was delivered to you;
ㆍA damaged/defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
ㆍYou did not receive your item(s).

We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to change of mind once the payment is accepted.

Return Requirements: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Do ensure that your item(s) fulfils the conditions below:

ㆍThe item(s) must be in new, unused, unaltered and unworn condition
ㆍThe item(s) must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any) Returns/ refunds will only be processed once the item(s) has been received and checked by us.

*Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
Warranty:
With valid proof of purchase, we offer a three-month warranty from the date of purchase. We cover manufacturer defects in leather workmanship and hardware by replacement or fix the fitting part(s) of your purchase item(s). 
Please note that discoloration, contamination, abrasion, stains and/or damage from normal wear are not qualified.
